What form of payment does Cheekykakes.com accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Cheekykakes.com Gift Cards, Cheeky Kakes.com store Credit.

Can I cancel or change my order when it is processing?

If you have placed a non custom order, you can call and change your shipping address or cancel your order within one hour of placing it.

If you have called or placed a custom order, you can change or cancel your order within the same business day it was ordered.

When will my card be charged?

You will receive an invoice after your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged for all orders. Please note: All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

What is inside of a Cheeky Kake?

Cheeky kakes can have diapers, blankets, washcloths, bibs, beanies, onesies, shoes, socks, bow ties, headbands and more. 

Note: Not all creations have the same ingredients. Please make sure to verify the specific list of the ingredients in your creation prior to purchase.

What are the different sizes of Cheeky Kakes I can order?

Our Signature Cheeky Kakes come in 2 and 3 tier. We have our standard signature kakes and our mini kakes.

Our flower arrangements come in 3 sizes.

Are your Kakes and Flower Arrangements organic?

We offer organic for an additional fee

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with what you received, please contact us within 7 business days to arrange an exchange or return. We will provide information on how to exchange or return your products. Returned products must be returned within 7 days of being received to qualify for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. A full refund less shipping cost (if applicable) will be refunded after we have received the return items. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. The difference in cost will not be refunded in the event of an exchange with a lesser value.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received at the warehouse, please allow 7 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in original condition. 

Original shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. 

Please remember that orders can not be edited once process begins. Process times are estimates and may be subject to change.
