Exchanges/Returns: If you are not happy with what you received, please contact us within 7 business days to arrange an exchange or return. We will provide information on how to exchange or return your products. Returned products must be returned within 7 days of being received to qualify for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. A full refund less shipping cost (if applicable) will be refunded after we have received the return items. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. The difference in cost will not be refunded in the event of an exchange with a lesser value. 

Custom Designs: All custom designs are sold as final sale and no refunds will be issued. Please contact us if you are not fully satisfied with your custom design and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction and any issues are resolved. 

In Transit Packages: No refunds on packages that are in transit to you. Please wait for the package to arrive, once it does you can ship the package back to us and a refund will be issued when we receive the products back in unused condition.

Product Condition: No refunds for items once it’s used and no longer in original condition.

Unable to Service: We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that we are not able to service.

Shipping and Handling Damages: In the event your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately and we will ensure the incident is resolved in a timely fashion.
